The Dallas Beis Din is the Rabbinic Court of Dallas, Texas. The Beis Din primarily addresses matters pertaining to conversion, Jewish identity, and family law.

The Dallas Beis Din is under the direction of Rabbi Yerachmiel D. Fried, shlit”a. A student of HaRav HaGaon Shlomo Zalman Auerbach, ztz”l, Rabbi Fried is rosh kollel and av beis din of Dallas, Texas. Nationally, Rav Fried oversees the rabbinical ordination program for the Orthodox Union, guiding the studies of NCSY youth directors in cities throughout North and South America.
Rav Fried is also a prolific author, having published several seforim on many intricate areas of Jewish law and scholarship, including:
- Yom Tov Sheni KeHilchasa – a treatise on the laws of the second days of the holidays in the diaspora;
- Emes VeTzedek – a comprehensive analysis of conversion to Judaism and issues of Jewish identity; and
- Maadanei Shlomo – Piskei dinim and chiddushei halacha of Rav Shlomo Zalman Auerbach, ztz”l.
Mosaica Press of Israel is currently working with Rabbi Fried to create a three-volume prodigious work, the “Encyclopedia of Jewish Thought” based upon his weekly “Ask the Rabbi” featured in the Texas Jewish Post since 1992.
